At Revive & Thrive, we want you to love your new bag. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your bag must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags and protective wraps (handle plastic, dust bags, etc.) intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/address on the shipping label. We will provide you with a specific return address for our quality control center.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the bag is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at reviventhrive.info@gmail.com with:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned:

Items on "Final Sale."

Gift cards.

Bags that show visible signs of use, wear, or missing parts not due to our error.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Because we use an automated fulfillment system with our global suppliers, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it, and the standard return process will apply.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
8. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new bag.
