Welcome to Revive & Thrive. This website is operated by Revive & Thrive. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Revive & Thrive. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a bag from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - DROPSHIPPING & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Revive & Thrive operates as a curated dropshipping boutique. This means that we do not always hold physical inventory in a single location. Instead, when you purchase a bag, we coordinate with our global suppliers to ship the product directly to your door.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–10 business days for order processing before your bag is shipped.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on which supplier is fulfilling the order.

 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Because we ship directly from global suppliers to keep costs low for our customers, shipping times may be longer than domestic shipping.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or high-volume seasons.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Products are often shipped internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local government are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

  • Images: We work closely with suppliers to provide accurate photos of our bags. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to studio lighting or screen resolutions.

  • Packaging: To ensure the most efficient shipping, bags may arrive in minimalist packaging or vacuum-sealed. Any minor creases from shipping usually resolve once the bag is unpacked and used.

 

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Our automated fulfillment system sends orders to suppliers immediately.

  • 12-Hour Window: You have a strict 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or address correction.

  • After 12 Hours: Once the order has been processed by our supplier, we cannot cancel the shipment or change the destination.

 

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

  • Because we are a dropshipping store, we may require you to send returns to a specific centralized warehouse rather than the address on your shipping label.

  • We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the item has shipped, unless the product is damaged or significantly not as described.

 

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Revive & Thrive acts as a facilitator between you and the supplier. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our site. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

 

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
