At Revive & Thrive, we curate high-quality bags from specialized global suppliers. Because we ship directly from our partners to you, we are able to offer unique designs at competitive prices. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Because we operate a dropshipping model with global partners, shipping times vary based on your location:

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days.

UK & Europe: 7–12 business days.

Australia & NZ: 10–18 business days.

Rest of World: 15–25 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs delays, seasonal high volume, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
3. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple bags, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is because we source from different specialized suppliers to ensure you get the best quality for each specific style.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking number isn't working after 5 days, please contact us.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Revive & Thrive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Revive & Thrive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
